We complete an assessment on hazards in your community, the chances of an event happening along with the magnitude possible while utilizing the NFPA as a guide and then review the findings with you.  There are also recommendations on the number and type(s) of apparatus and personnel that are appropriate.

We guide you through the process of determining what services your community is required to provide and then help you determine what level of service is appropriate to mitigate your risk along with apparatus and equipment required to meet those service levels.

After determining what level of service you would like your fire department to provide, you will need to have your people trained in order to obtain that level.  We can deliver certified, and non-certified, custom tailored training courses that better meet your needs.

Once your responders are trained, they will require regular training with detailed record keeping for your department to stay compliant.  If you have someone already, great!  But if you need, we can provide yearly training plans and then administer them.

A fire department has many legal requirements on how it operates, services it needs to provide and even the records it keeps, all of which rests with the Fire Chief.  We can provide the answers to those questions, as well as relevant documents to support the information we are providing.
